Japanese-style Beef Tartare

Ingredients

400g eye fillet steak, trimmed, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Hot Toddy sriracha chilli sauce
1 teaspoon shallot, finely chopped
2 teaspoon chives, chopped
1 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
15 Puri

Instructions

  1. Mix fillet steak with all ingredients except mayonnaise.
  2. Stir and serve immediately topped with mayonnaise.
